How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and color, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI payments, bank transfers, and online card payments via Stripe.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking ID once shipped.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Please check the size chart carefully and review your order before placing it. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking ID and courier details. You can also track your order from the Track Order page or your account dashboard.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Shipping is free on all orders.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
