2. Products & Pricing

All product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your selection, size, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at zaluorahattire@gmail.com with photographs. We will assess and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on all orders. Tracking details are shared via email once shipped.

6. Payment

We accept COD, UPI, bank transfer, and online card payments. All online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on zaluorah.in — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Zaluorah Attire and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zaluorah Attire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
